All orders are shipped from Osaka, Japan.

 


 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Orders are not processed on weekends or Japanese public holidays.


During high volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. If delays occur, customers will be notified.

 


 

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped using tracked shipping services to help ensure safe delivery of collectible items.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

 

  • Japan: 1–3 business days

  • North America (USA & Canada): 7–14 business days

  • Europe: 7–18 business days

  • Other International Locations: 10–21 business days

 


Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside of our control.

 


 

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or local taxes required by their country.


These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

 


 

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

 


 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) so we can assist with a claim or resolution.
