Refund & Return Policy

 


General Policy

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and sealed products, all sales are considered final unless items arrive damaged or incorrect.

 


 

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns if:

 

  • The wrong item was sent

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping

 


Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request assistance.

 


 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

 

  • Opened sealed products (booster packs, booster boxes, sealed collection boxes, etc.)

  • Graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC, etc.)

  • Single cards with condition clearly shown in listing photos

  • Items returned without prior contact

 

 


 

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:


Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

 

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging

  • Order number

 


Please keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.

 


 

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

 

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your payment provider

 

 


 

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

 


 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Cancellations with in 3 days will be 100% refunded.

Cancellations with in 1 week will be 50% refunded.

After one week there will be no refund.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 


 

Customs & Import Fees

We are not responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country.
